Cake: - Unsweetened almond milk - Apple cider vinegar - Almond flour - Coconut flour - Cocoa powder - Powdered Swerve - Baking powder - Baking soda
After all the dry ingredients have been sifted, stir it all together. Lightly whisk the 4 eggs separately. Add the whisked eggs, almond milk, and melted butter to the dry ingredients.
Line the bottom of 2 round 8” baking pans with parchment paper, then spray with cooking spray. Pour the batter evenly between the 2 pans.
