Keto Coconut Flour Pancakes Recipe

Pancakes are a favorite breakfast treat of almost everyone, and these Coconut Flour Pancakes are no exception! They are so quick and easy to make and also so delicious to eat.

Ingredients

- Coconut Flour - Eggs - Olive Oil - Maple Syrup - Baking Powder - Vanilla - Salt

Put the eggs into a bowl, whisk them. Now add all the other ingredients, in no special order. Whisk until the batter is blended thoroughly and smooth.

Grease the skillet or griddle with some butter or coconut oil. Heat it up to medium low. Pour the batter into the pan or griddle in an approximate 4” circle.

Allow them to cook for 4-5 minutes until bubbles start to form in the middle of the pancake. Remove the silicone mold, flip the pancakes and cook them on the other side which will take 2-3 minutes.

Once the air bubbles start to form, that’s how you know when to flip them. Then once you flip them they usually take about half the time for the 2nd half as they did for the first side.
