Keto Coffee (Bulletproof Coffee)

Keto Coffee, or as some call it Bulletproof Coffee, is the perfect way to start your day while following a low-carb diet. 

Ingredients

- Brewed coffee - Grass-fed butter - MCT oil - Heavy cream - Vanilla

Brew an 8 oz, 10 oz, or 12 oz cup of coffee.

Pour the coffee into a larger cup, or into a French press coffee pot. Using the French press is my favorite way because it won’t spill.  Add the butter, MCT oil, cream, and vanilla.

Using a frother, immersion blender, or regular blender, whip up the coffee until it foams.

Pour into your favorite coffee mug.
