Morning coffee is a staple for most people, which means if you are on a low-carb diet you need a Keto Coffee Creamer!
– Heavy Cream – Unsweetened Almond Milk – Low Carb Sweetener
In a small saucepan add the sweetener and the water, then stir together.
Place the saucepan on the stove and set it to medium-low heat, constantly stirring. Do not bring to a boil. Let simmer until the sweetener is completely dissolved and is translucent.
Remove from the heat. Add the heavy cream, unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla. Whisk until it’s all combined.
Let the creamer cool to room temperature.
Pour the creamer into a mason jar or any other container with a lid.
