Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium size bowl mix together all the dry ingredients with a whisk. Blend well.
In a larger bowl whisk together eggs, vinegar and oil.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix together well. The dough will be wet and possibly sticky but that is normal.
Spoon the dough out onto the cookie sheet into 5 equal sized portions. Lightly press them down in the middle with your hand so that they are round and flat.
