Start by cutting your mozzarella into sticks. In an 8oz block of whole milk mozzarella, you should get 12 sticks.

In a small bowl whisk 2 eggs and 2 tbsp of heavy cream together.  Set the cheese sticks and egg aside and now let’s make our breading.

In a bowl combine the almond flour, coconut flour, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir all the ingredients well.

Take one cheese stick and dip into the egg mixture.

Transfer to flour mixture and coat well.
