Refreshing Homemade Low Carb Keto  Ice Cream

– Egg yolks – Powdered swerve – Allulose sweetener – Heavy whipping cream – Vanilla – Salt – Xanthan gum

The first step is to place the freezer bowl into the freezer for 24 hours. This needs to be done the day before you intend to prepare it.

Once the bowl has been in the freezer for 24 hours it’s time to start making the ice cream.

In a medium saucepan add the cream and turn the heat on low. You want the cream to steam, but do NOT allow it to boil.

As soon as the cream is steaming add in the powdered swerve and the allulose. Whisk together, and remove from the burner.
