- 2 ½ cups frozen fresh strawberries
- 1 ½ cups water
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ⅔ cup powdered swerve
- Freeze the strawberries.
- In a high-powered blender, add the strawberries, lemon juice, water, and sweetener.
- Turn blender on and whip until smooth.
- Pour into the popsicle molds.
- Put the lid onto the molds, then add the popsicle sticks. Put into the freezer for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
