Description

The best Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes recipe ever! An easy to prepare snack to eat and perfect to serve for guests. It’s Keto friendly and gluten-free too.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 6oz cans of Tuna Fish, packed in water
  • 20 Campari Tomatoes
  • 4 Tbsp Hellman’s Mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp Old Bay
  • 2 Tbsp Scallions
  • 2 Tbsp Celery
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Lemon Juice, tiny squeeze, optional
  • Parsley to garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the tops off your tomatoes, core out the center to make room for the tuna mixture
  2. Open your cans of tuna and drain water off. The more water that you can get out of your tuna the longer they will last after you make them.
  3. Chop celery and scallions and add to the tuna.
  4. Next, add mayo and all your seasonings and mix everything together.
  5. Now you are ready to stuff your tomatoes.
  6. Garnish with a small amount of chopped parsley on top.
  7. Eat right away or refrigerate for 1-2 hours and then serve.

Notes

NET CARBS: 10 per serving

It’s really important to make sure that you drain off any excess water in tuna so as not to make the mixture runny.

If you want you can make more than 20 tomatoes, just increase the tuna mixture.
