Pancakes are a favorite breakfast treat of almost everyone, and these Coconut Flour Pancakes are no exception!
– Coconut Flour – Eggs – Olive Oil
Put the eggs into a bowl, whisk them.
Now add all the other ingredients, in no special order.
Whisk until the batter is blended thoroughly and smooth.
Grease the skillet or griddle with some butter or coconut oil. Heat it up to medium low.
Pour the batter into the pan or griddle in an approximate 4” circle.
