This is a recipe for sugar-free marshmallows, which may be surprising to you, but trust me, it’s possible!
– Water – Powdered Gelatin – Vanilla
Get an 8 x 8-inch glass pan and line it with a piece of parchment paper.
Pour ½ cup warm water into a large bowl and add the gelatin. Stir well with a whisk and then set aside.
Add the other ½ cup of water to a saucepan along with the Allulose, and salt, then heat over a medium heat stove burner until hot but not boiling, stirring frequently.
When you remove it from the stove, stir in the vanilla.
The next step is to use your mixer, starting on low and working your way to high speed, which will probably take about 15 minutes total.
